PASSOVER STRUDEL 
DOUGH:

4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 c. matzoh cake meal
1 c. potato starch
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cold water
Pinch of salt

FILLING:

1 lb. walnuts, chopped
2 lg. apples, grated
1 orange rind, grated
1 lemon rind, grated
2 tbsp. matzoh meal
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon preserves or jelly
