PEPPER SANDWICHES 
4 green peppers
1 onion
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

Grind peppers and onions together. Add sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Let stand two hours. Drain. Add mayonnaise and cream cheese. Makes about 150 small sandwiches.
