BEEF BRISKET | |
Beef brisket 1 bottle chili sauce 1 can coke 1 envelope onion soup mix Place brisket fat side up in a roaster pan. Combine ingredients and pour over brisket. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours or 30 minutes per pound. Remove brisket and chill gravy to defat. Slice brisket against grain. Return to roaster and reheat for 30 minutes. Serve with gravy. |
