J. R.'S BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
1 stick butter
2 med. cans tomato sauce
1 c. vinegar
2 green onions
1/4 cluster garlic
4 bell pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
A-1 sauce and other seasonings to taste
1 lg. can tomatoes or 6 lg. ripe tomatoes
1 bottle catsup
1 c. brown sugar
1 lg. onion
2 jalapeno peppers

Mix in cast iron pot. Add meat and cook slowly on barbecue grill basting often. Add water as needed. Do not put lid on pot but close lid on grill, if possible.
