BRENDA'S VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
Brown 1 1/2 pounds ground beef; drain thoroughly.

1 (30 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce + 1 can water
1 pkg. Sauers Chili Seasoning mix
1 tbsp. chili powder
3-4 c. potatoes, cut in cubes
3 lg. carrots, scraped and sliced
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn (juice and all)
1 (16 oz.) can beans (remove fat seasoning piece), any kind OK

Cook on low heat; stir frequently. More water may be added as desired. Simmer until carrots and potatoes are done. Keep lid on to savor flavors. Omit potatoes and carrots; freezes well.
