MOM'S CHEESECAKE 
5 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice

Beat egg yolks, add sugar, cream cheese, and sour cream. Fold in beaten egg whites, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix well. Bake in oblong pan 13 x 9 x 2 for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. You may sprinkle with cinnamon or when cooled put fruit topping.
