AUNT VERA'S APRICOT JAM 
1 lb. dried apricots
6 c. water
2 oranges or 2 lemons, juice & pulp
Sugar

Cook apricots slowly in water until almost done. Add orange or lemon, including peel, thinly sliced or ground. Measure fruit mixture and add equal amount of sugar. Cook until mixture tends to jell.
