CHERRY COKE SALAD 
1 lg. OR 2 sm. pkg. black cherry OR red cherry Jello
1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple (20 oz. can may be used)
1 can black cherries
2 c. juice, drained from cherries & pineapple
2 c. Cherry Coke OR plain Cola (diet works too!)
Optional: 1 c. pecans, chopped

Measure juice drained from fruit, adding water if needed, to make 2 cups. Heat to the boiling point. Dissolve Jello in juice. Slowly stir in Coke. Chill in 9 x 13 inch pan or Jello mold. As Jello begins to set, fold in fruits and nuts. Serves 12-16.
