1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. pecans, chopped

TOPPING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix cake mix, egg, soft butter and pecans together. Press into bottom of 9x13 inch pan.

Beat confectioners' sugar, 2 eggs and cream cheese well and pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.
