POPSICLES 
2 pkg. unflavored gelatin (2 tbsp.)
1 c. cold water
3 c. fruit juice

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add hot fruit juice and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Freeze in plastic popsicle molds or ice cube trays. Related or complementary flavors of juice works best. Try orange-pineapple, lemon-orange, grape-apple.
