MANDARIN ORANGE SPONGE CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
11 1/2 oz. can mandarin orange segments with juice

Mix with mixer 3 or 4 minutes. Bake in 9x13 inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. milk

Boil and pour over warm cake.
