YEAST ROLLS 
Put into a large mixing bowl:

1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
4 c. flour

Add flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each cup. Let the dough rise until double in bulk, about 1 hour. Punch down and make out into rolls, or set in refrigerator until needed. Make rolls. Melt butter. Dip rolls in butter and fold. Let rise until double in bulk again. Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
