1/4 c. onion
2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 c. tomato juice
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix all ingredients together. Add to desired amount of browned meat and cook.
