3 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter (stick)
2/3 c. milk
4 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
2 tsp. vanilla

In large saucepan, mix sugar, butter, and milk. Boil 3 minutes (bubbly boil). Remove from heat; add vanilla and oatmeal. Mix. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper. Cool.
