IMPOSSIBLE MEAT PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
9 or 10-inch greased pie plate

TOPPING (for 10-inch pie) :

1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick

TOPPING (for 9-inch pie) :

1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick

Cook 1 pound ground beef and 1/2 cup chopped onion until red is gone from meat. Pour off fat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place mixture into pie plate and cover with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Beat together 1 1/2 cup milk, 3 eggs and 3/4 cup Bisquick.

Pour mixture over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
