1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/4 lb. bacon, diced
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 c. noodles
5 stalks celery, diced
Cheese for topping

Brown bacon and hamburger. Drain. Add beans, onions, pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms and celery. Boil noodles and add to mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Serves 6 to 8.
