MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. bay leaf, crushed
Dash thyme
Dash marjoram

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Pat into 9 inch loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour.

Yield: 6 servings. Exchange: per 1 1/2 inch slice - 3 medium-fat meat, 1 vegetable, 1/2 bread, 1/2 fat. Calories: 335. Cholesterol: 16. Protein: 25. Fat: 19.
