CHOCOLATE COVERED MINTS | |
1 lb. powdered sugar 1/4 c. melted butter 2 1/2 tbsp. warm water Oil of peppermint to taste (about 10 drops) Mix all ingredients and form into flat patties, refrigerate about 1 hour. Melt 4 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate with 1/4 ounce paraffin wax in double boiler, dip patties in chocolate and place on wax paper. Freeze if desired. |
