CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 pieces boneless chicken breast
4 slices of ham
2 eggs, beaten
4 slices cheese
Bread crumbs

Slice chicken breasts, making 8 pieces. Lay on chopping board. Cover with wax paper and pound flat. Salt and pepper chicken. Lay 1/2 slice of ham on chicken and 1/2 slice of cheese on ham. Roll up like a jelly roll. Add a little water to eggs. Dip each piece in egg mixture. Then roll in bread crumbs. Place in baking dish and top each with pat of butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Make ahead and freeze.
