PORK CHOP AND POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
Seasoned salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can Durkee French fried onions
Pepper

Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet seasoned with seasoned salt. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, seasoned salt and pepper. Stir in hash browns, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 of French fried onions. Spoon mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Arrange pork chops over hash brown mixture. Bake covered 350 degrees, 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
