SOUR CREAM PEACH PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell, 9 inch
7 or 8 peaches, peeled & sliced
1/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. dairy sour cream

Fill pie shell with sliced peaches. Blend together flour, sugar and salt. Stir in sour cream and pour over the peaches. Arrange strips of pastry over the peaches lattice style. Bake in hot oven, 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes longer.
