CHICKEN BREAST DIVINE 
2 pkgs. boneless chicken
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. cream
1 c. chicken broth
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Brown chicken in butter. Remove. Add cornstarch to cream, stir, then brown in skillet. Add chicken broth and mustard. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add more chicken broth if mixture gets too thick. Add chicken and simmer 20 minutes longer.
