COLD BLUEBERRY SOUP 
1 qt. blueberries
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. heavy cream
1/4 c. orange liqueur

Put in saucepan the blueberries, water and sugar. Cook to a pulp and put it in the blender and mix until liquid. Put in refrigerator. When cold, add 1 pint heavy cream and the orange liqueur. Serve cold, with a dollop of whipped cream.
