ORANGE PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
2 oranges
1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding (18 oz.)
1 1/4 c. water
3 eggs
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 c. packed brown sugar

Grate peeling from oranges; reserve. Peel oranges and cut into bite size pieces; drain well. In large bowl combine cake mix, water, eggs, peanut butter and cinnamon. Mix according to package direction. Stir in orange peel and orange pieces. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Serve warm or cool.
