PEACH COBBLER | |
1 stick butter 1 c. white sugar 1 c. milk 3 to 5 Hendrix Orchard peaches (good size) 1 tbsp. lemon juice Melt the butter in a 11 x 13 inch casserole dish while preheating oven at 350 degrees. Combine milk, sugar, and flour in a separate bowl. Place the peaches (sliced) in the casserole dish with the slices side by side. Pour lemon juices over the fruit and then pour the batter over the fruit. DO NOT STIR!! Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown (yum yum) - sounds good! |
