SPANISH RICE 
1/4 onion, chopped
1/4 med. green pepper, diced
2 strips bacon, fried crisp

Add onion and pepper; saute.

Saute 2 minutes.

Add tomato liquid plus enough water to make 1 1/4 cups. Chili powder 1 bouillon chicken cube Dash of pepper

Mash tomatoes, mix well. Cover pan. Simmer 20 minutes. Add bacon.
