LIME-PEAR SALAD 
1 (29 oz.) can pears, drained, saving 1 c. juice
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
Few drops green food coloring

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling pear juice. Cool slightly and add drained pears, creamed cheese, and food coloring. Puree in blender and refrigerate until slightly thickened. Fold in Cool Whip and mold for 6-8 hours.
