PECAN PIE 
PIE CRUST:

1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
3-4 tbsp. cold water

FILLING:

4 eggs, beaten
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening and stir in water until dough forms a ball. Roll dough on floured surface to fit 9 inch pie plate.

Filling: Mix eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Stir in chopped pecans and pour into pie crust. Bake 40 minutes.
