FRIED RICE 
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. can mushroom pieces
1 can whole kernel corn
1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
4 scrambled eggs

Saute carrots and celery. Brown hamburger and add the carrots and celery. Add mushroom pieces and corn. Cook 1 1/2 cups rice and add to mixture. Add 4 scrambled eggs. (Can be made ahead and then reheated.)
