CARAMEL FONDUE 
50 caramels
1/4 c. water
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Mix and keep warm in fondue pot or saucepan. Dip marshmallows, apples, pineapple or any firm fresh fruit. If too thick thin with water.
