CHEESE SQUARE 
2 rolls crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. sugar

Divide rolls and place in greased 9"x13" pan. Press together. Add cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla together. Blend well. Spread on top of first layer of rolls. Arrange the remaining rolls on top of cheese mixture. Brush on egg white and then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
