1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sliced apples (3 med.)
4 tsp. sugar with 1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat together eggs, oil, sugar, orange juice and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Put 1/2 of batter into greased bundt pan, arrange 1/2 of the apples on the batter, sprinkle with 1/2 the sugar and cinnamon.

Add another 1/2 of the batter and 1/2 the sugar and cinnamon. Cover with remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour (check after 45 minutes).
