BANANA BRUNCH BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed banana
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heavily grease 2 loaf pans. Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in bananas, vanilla, and sour cream. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and soda. Fold into creamed mixture, stirring only enough to moisten. Sprinkle half of topping on bottoms of prepared loaf pans. Spoon on batter and sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and use as directed. Topping may be doubled if desired. Bread may be frozen after baking. Makes 2 loaves. Enjoy!
