BROCCOLI LINGUINE 
1 bunch broccoli, cut into florettes
1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh linguine
1 c. sour cream
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Prepare broccoli. Cook linguine according to package directions, along with broccoli florettes. While they cook, combine next 5 ingredients. Place drained linguine and broccoli in a large bowl and toss with cheese and butter. Combine with sour cream mixture and serve. Serves 4.
