MEXICAN POT BEANS 
1 lb. pinto beans
1 whole med. white onion
3 garlic teeth
2 fresh tomatoes, quartered
1/2 lb. bacon or ham, diced
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1/4 c. cilantro (fresh, diced)
3 jalapeno peppers, fresh, diced to taste

1. Cook beans, onions and garlic until about almost soft. Remove onion and garlic.

2. Add salt to taste. Add tomato, bacon, Accent, cilantro, peppers and beer (optional).

3. Cook 1 hour or until done. Add water while cooking if needed. Medium heat. Serves 8, 10 or ?.
