PAPER BAG APPLE PIE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
7 c. apples in chunks
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter

Mix like pie crust cutting in butter. Sprinkle over the top of apples. Put a little cinnamon on top. Slide pie into a heavy brown paper bag large enough to cover pie loosely. Fold over ends and fasten with clip or pins. Preheat oven. Bake 425 for 1 hour.
