FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. diced pineapple (drained)
2 apples, diced and sprinkle with lemon juice
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
2 bananas, sliced and sprinkle with lemon juice
1 c. halved seedless grapes (red or green)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
1/2 c. raisins
4-6 oz. shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Gently toss all ingredients. Sprinkle in cheese; toss lightly. Chill before serving. Top with dressing if desired.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. honey
1 c. yogurt

Stir honey and yogurt together. Pour over fruit salad (chilled) when served.
