TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 can water
1 pkg. of 12 flour tortillas
Velveeta cheese

Brown hamburger meat and onion together. Drain. Add enchilada sauce, soup and water to meat. Simmer 10 minutes over low heat. In a 13 x 9 inch baking dish (lightly greased) layer half of the tortillas, half the meat mixture and cheese slices. Repeat the layers. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
