1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter 1 stick butter 1 box powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 6 oz. chocolate chips 1/4 bar paraffin Mix peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla in bowl with mixer. Roll in balls that are about walnut size and put a toothpick in each ball. Place balls onto cookie sheets lined with waxed paper. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler. Dip peanut butter balls into chocolate just so about 3/4 of ball is covered, leaving top open like a buckeye. Return balls to waxed paper and refrigerate until chocolate is hard. Store in a cool place. |
