NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER | |
2 cans minced clams 3 or 4 med. onions, diced Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 3 to 4 c. milk 4 or 5 med. potatoes, diced 2 strips bacon, diced 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning 1 tbsp. butter Put potatoes, onions and seasoning in kettle, add juice from the 2 cans of clams (no other liquid). Simmer until potatoes are cooked very well done. |
