PECAN FLUFFS 
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. creme of tartar
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cream of tartar and salt. Continue to beat until whites stand in peaks. Gradually adding sugar, beat well after each addition. Add pecans and vanilla. Drop on well greased pan.

Bake for 20 minutes at 275 degrees.
