BEST ET YET OMELET 
10 eggs
6 slices bacon, cut up small
1/2 c. chopped ham
1/4 green pepper, chopped fine
1/4 lg. onion, chopped fine
3/4 c. American cheese, shredded
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
1/3 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

First, cut up the bacon and ham and start them cooking over medium heat to get some grease. (If you have some leftover baloney, Spam, or sausage, you could put them in too or instead of.) After a bit, add the mushrooms, pepper, and onion.

Mix the milk in with the eggs in a bowl and put them in when the meat, etc. is pretty well done. Stir the whole mixture to get all things blended well.
