PIZZA 
1 lb. hamburger
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 sm. onion, minced
1 sm. green pepper, cut in strips
4 oz. mushroom pieces
2 c. Mozzarella

Cook and season hamburger until light brown; drain. Prepare dough. Mix tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper and garlic powder. Press dough evenly over 2 greased medium pizza pans or 1 large pan. Spread sauce onto dough, then follow with hamburger, onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Bake 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Then add the Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 or 10 more minutes until cheese is light brown.

PIZZA DOUGH:

1 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. warm water
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt and sugar
2 tbsp. oil

Mix yeast in warm water. Add the oil, flour, salt and sugar. Knead 5 minutes. Dough is better risen 1/2 to 1 hour, but optional.
