PORK CHOPS OREGANO 
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
4 each 1/2 inch thick pork loin or rib chops
4 med. potatoes, peeled, cut in 1/4" crosswide slice (for best flavor use red or yellow)
1 med. onion, sliced lengthwise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 each green pepper, cored, quartered
1 each tomato, cut into wedges

Heat oil and butter in 10 inch skillet with cover over medium heat. Brown chops on one side; turn; arrange potatoes and onion around and on top of chops. Sprinkle with next 4 ingredients; cover and cook over low heat, 30 minutes. Add green pepper and cook 5 minutes. Garnish with tomato.
