BROCCOLI - CHEESE SOUP 
3 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
4 chicken bouillon cubes & 6 c. water (or equivalent in canned broth)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed

Cook potatoes, celery and onion in broth until tender crisp. Add other ingredients and cook until cheese melts.
