POORMAN'S DOUGHOUT 
1 can canned biscuits
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar

Open can of biscuits. Cut each one in 1/2, so to make a half moon shape. Lay aside. Mix 1 cup of sugar with cinnamon lay aside. Prepare pan or skillet with 2 inch deep hot oil. Drop biscuits 2 to 3 at a time in oil. Fry until both sides golden brown (turning) drain off grease, roll in topping. Topping can be substituted with other.
