PASTA WITH FRESH MOZZARELLA | |
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter 1/2 lb. prosciutto, minced 2 c. tomato sauce 1 lb. pasta 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 lb. Mozzarella, in 1/2" pieces Melt the butter and lightly cook the prosciutto. Add the tomato sauce and simmer, covered, while the pasta cooks. |
