PEAR COFFEE CAKE 
1 lb. can sliced pear, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (14 oz.) pkg. orange muffin mix
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. butter

Sprinkle drained pears with lemon juice. Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Set aside.

Prepare muffin mix according to directions on package. Turn mix into greased 9x9x2-inch pan. Top with pear slices. Sprinkle with crumbly mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
