EGG NOODLES 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Add all purpose flour into slightly beaten eggs with salt and make a stiff dough. Roll out very thin on a well floured board. Leave to dry slightly. Roll out the slightly dried dough jelly roll fashion and cut into fine strips. Cook in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Reheat before serving. Serves 6.
