LAVENDER HONEY PIE 
Butter Crust:

2˝ c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 cup butter
8-10 tbsp. (1/8 cup) vinegar, (1 cup) water mix

Filling:

˝ cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cornmeal
˝ tsp. salt
˝ cup butter (melted)
1 cup honey
6 eggs
2 cup heavy cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 drops culinary lavender oil

Whisk together dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Slowly add water/vinegar mix. Divide into 2 disks and chill for an hour.

On a floured surface, roll out disks and line pie plates (allow 1” overhang). Preheat oven and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

*Make sure to weight (fill coffee filter with beans) because crust will fall.

Whisk together dry ingredients. Whisk in butter, honey, and eggs, then remaining ingredients.

Putting it all together:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Pour in filling. Bake for 20 minutes.
